Associate Project Controls Specialist

The Associate, Project Controls Specialist is responsible for the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. This role is focused on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements.

We offer a mobile work schedule - 1 day at our Krakow office with 4 days WFH during the week.

Your Day to Day:

Maintain and update data in basic project controls systems
Review data entered to ensure completeness and accuracy
Accomplish tasks by completing related results as needed
Delivery of data entry based on priority adhering to deadlines
Provide input on data collection that optimize efficiencies and data quality
Provide input on design and development of a standard set of SAP templates

Who You Are:

B.A., B.S. in Business or Computer Science
No relevant experience is required, 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages is a plus
