Accounts Payable Freight Specialist - Senior Process Associate – English- Remote Poland

Inviting applications for the role of the Accounts Payable Freight Specialist - Senior Process Associate – English- Remote Poland

Responsibilities

Performing primary review against set guidelines
Update activity trackers and Reconciliations and reporting
Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales
Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting/ year-end reporting/ ad hoc reporting
Vendor statement reconciliations
Manual accounts clearing and Sending, remittance advises to suppliers
Chasing vendors for balance confirmation and/or for clarifications needed
Resolution of supplier’s queries, major discrepancies, vendor clarification with respect to rejected payments
Posting of returned payments and checks/ reverse invoice postings is required
Provide resolution/feedback regarding queries in an accurate and timely manner to the Helpdesk team using client tools
Provide information on status of Invoices, relevant contact information (fax, telephone)
To ensure that all processes and transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner, and in accordance with pre-defined controls (SOX & Audit)
Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the development/improvement of the operating procedures, calling out of all unsolved/unclear issues to the team leader
Adopt a flexible approach to job content with a view to developing own skills and knowledge to undertake a range of task requirements within the team. This may also involve multi-skilling across transaction processing teams

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

Communicative level of English.
Good MS Office (especially MS Excel) knowledge.
Accounting knowledge – intermediate level;
Similar work experience in this field;
Work experience with SAP and ERP systems
University graduate.

Preferred Qualifications

Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast.
Personal culture and familiar to deal with clients in an accurately manner.
High motivation and self - starter.
