Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development:

• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to develop targeted sales plans.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and conduct regular training to improve the team’s sales skills.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Manage negotiations, contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations Management:

• Monitor sales performance, track metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Market Expansion:

• Identify new market opportunities and ensure the company is well-positioned in key sectors.
• Develop sales channels, explore new geographic markets, and expand the customer base.

Reporting and Forecasting:

• Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage the sales budget and make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with solid experience in managing sales teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to drive decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with clients.
• Goal-Oriented: Must be results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving revenue.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing process, product specifications, and industry regulations.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must be amenable to work in Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City
• Candidate must be amenable to work onsite.
• Candidate must be amenable to work Monday-Friday (8-5) to Saturday (Flexible time)
• Candidate must be willing to travel and perform field works

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Flextime

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Management: 5 years (Required)
