Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
• Organize and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Identify and address potential project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and communication records.

Budget & Cost Management

• Assist in budgeting for projects, ensuring that all costs are tracked and managed within the allocated budget.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to avoid cost overruns.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed and that their concerns are addressed promptly.

Quality Control

• Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a construction, engineering, or corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in managing projects.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati Head Office with hybrid work set up
