Position: Project Manager
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Brisbane, Australia time
Compensation range: US$1,600-US1,900/month

About the role
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, while leveraging your expertise in Hub Spot, Click Up, digital marketing and websites to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

- Lead project execution, ensuring all tasks are completed as per the project plan.
- Monitor project progress, track performance, and identify and resolve issues promptly.

Client Engagement and Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Click Up Management:

- Utilise Click Up to manage project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper setup and utilisation of Click Up features to enhance project management and client engagement.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in project management roles
  - Preferably within a Hub Spot partner or marketing agency.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with clients directly.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Click Up to manage projects and tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of digital marketing, website development and SEO.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Certifications in Hub Spot and project management are an advantage.
- Background in revenue operations or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
