Qualifications:

• College Graduate preferably of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or relevant field
• Have at least three (3) years experience as a Generalist and two (2) years in supervisory level
• With extensive knowledge in recruitment and selection, contract management, compensation, training and development, employee relations and benefit administration
• Knowledgeable in different provisions of the Philippine Labor Law
• Possess strong leadership skills and excellent people handling
• Able to communicate clearly with employees, members of the HR & General Affairs management team, and in group presentations and meeting
• Dependable and able to respond to management direction
• Able to effectively read, interpret and analyze information, present numerical data and skillfully gather data
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel and Office Power Point
• Good English communication skills both written and oral
