HR Generalist – US Market (Philippines Based)
AMF Foods Inc DBA Little Caesars Pizza
Salary: Base Salary ₱665,850.00 (PHP)/yr
Job Type: Full-Time
Time Zone: CST
Summary: Assist with HR duties such as onboarding, termination, LOA, and organizing employee files. Help with processing payroll including but not limited to updating pay rates, final or reimbursement check processing, fixing discrepancies, and maintaining employee location and job title changes.
Education and Work Experience Required:
· 3-5 years of related experience required
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related field preferred
HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process payroll accurately and timely, including wage calculations and deductions.
· Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
· Handle employee payroll inquiries promptly and courteously.
· Collaborate with the Administrative Director for accurate recording of employee data changes.
· Generate and distribute payroll reports to management when needed.
· Assist in auditing payroll records to identify discrepancies.
· Utilize payroll software for streamlined administration.
· Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll and other benefit systems; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholdings, address changes, and other information.
· Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits and other deductions.
· Handles employee on-boarding and off-boarding.
· Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations in the United States, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Maintains employee files.
· Performs other duties as assigned
HR Generalist Requirements:
· Proven experience in payroll administration or related roles.
· Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and taxation.
· Proficiency in payroll software, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
· Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
