Role Overview:
The HR Generalist role is expected to facilitate / execute the day-to-day core functions in the HR Department such as recruitment, compensation & benefits administration and employee relations supporting the different Business Unit / Departments in the organization.
This role shall be reporting to the HR Director ensuring that HR tasks are prepared and delivered on a timely basis in collaboration with the different key positions in the organization. The HR Generalist shall partner with the HR Director in maintaining a positive workplace and ensure that employees comply with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly HR reports and metrics.
• Facilitate in the end-to-end process of recruitment referring to job posting, sourcing of candidates, initial interviews, coordination with the hiring managers, job offers and pre-employment requirements of the candidates.
• Conduct the new hire orientation program.
• Manage completeness and accuracy of the HR employee database or masterlist pertaining to information of the employees.
• Ensure that all employee movements are properly documented on a timely basis.
• Coordinate with the company’s healthcare (HMO) and group life insurance providers on renewals & updating on employee information.
• Assist in the logistics preparation whenever there are training programs to be facilitated by HR.
• Extend assistance to the employees on their HR related concerns such as certificate of employment, HMO and others.
• Lead/co-lead in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs.
• Other tasks/deliverables that may be needed from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology and other business related courses.
• At least with a minimum of 3-5 years work experience as HR Generalist and has been exposed to all facets of Human Resources..
• Strong hands-on experience in all areas of talent sourcing and hiring (recruitment).
• Excellent computer and data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• A detailed-oriented person who can consistently keep track of deliverables, deadlines and paying close attention to details.
• A people-oriented person who values teamwork and professionalism at work.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity at work and handling of confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Can work under minimum or less supervision.
• Ability to work independently, within a team, and with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.
