QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, administrative and supervisory roles is required.
• Will handle different units of the General Affairs such as Building and Facilities Maintenance, Vehicle Management, Maintenance & Supplies Management.
• Overseeing and managing various administrative tasks.
• Responsible for every operational activity of the company.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES:

• With skills to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy in documentation.
• Good Skills in Microsoft Applications, data analysis, presentations and email communication.
• Ability to use data analysis tools to generate reports, analyze trends, and provide insights.
