HR Administrative Assistant

Location: 1505 Block 2 Lot 3 Pantoc Road, Meycauayan, Bulacan

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Terms: Probationary leading to regularization

Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of any Commerce or Office Management course
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Windows applications
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks as directed by the accountant
  • Monitor invoices for payments and prepare vouchers and checks for signing
  • Develop and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies
  • Plan and organize meetings, including taking detailed minutes
  • Maintain and update contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements for staff
  • Provide support for HR-related tasks
  • Perform other tasks as directed by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
