HR Administrative Assistant

Location: 1505 Block 2 Lot 3 Pantoc Road, Meycauayan, Bulacan
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Terms: Probationary leading to regularization
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of any Commerce or Office Management course
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
- Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Windows applications
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Perform bookkeeping tasks as directed by the accountant
- Monitor invoices for payments and prepare vouchers and checks for signing
- Develop and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Plan and organize meetings, including taking detailed minutes
- Maintain and update contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Provide support for HR-related tasks
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
