- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or hospitality role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, hotel management systems, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.

This role requires working in a fast-paced hotel environment, often involving direct interactions with guests and staff. The ability to handle occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized records, including guest feedback, employee files, and financial documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Respond to guest inquiries or complaints professionally and redirect them to appropriate staff if necessary.
- Handle VIP guest arrangements and special requests in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist in organizing staff schedules, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Track inventory and order supplies for office and guest needs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards in all administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports accurately.
- Support budgeting and financial tracking for administrative expenses.
- Assist in organizing marketing or promotional events for the hotel.
- Handle other administrative tasks as directed by the management team.
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
