· Maintains a friendly and approachable attitude towards visitors and officemates.
· Answers phone calls promptly and relay information on a timely manner.
· Coordinates hotel and flight bookings with the Admin. Assistant.
· Provides general clerical support and assists in resolving any administrative problems of the Marketing Department.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
· Develop and maintain a filing system
