Admin Assistant is also known as an office administrator, manages the daily operations of a company or organization. They perform a variety of tasks, including:

Administrative support: Managing office stock, preparing reports, organizing records, and handling payroll and accounting
Clerical duties: Receiving and forwarding communications, answering phone calls, and handling complaints
Event planning: Organizing events and serving as a greeter for clients
Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and arranging meetings
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for employees and answering their questions
Office supplies: Checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate supplies
Security and confidentiality: Ensuring the security and confidentiality of files and filing systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
