About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field. While 1-2 years of experienceas an administrative assistant or clerk is preferred, we also welcome fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a fast-paced administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and appointment coordination.
  • Communicate with third-party suppliers to place orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues.
  • Assist with minor outsourcing tasks and ensure timely vendor deliveries.
  • Track and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files/documents.
  • Accurately enter data into systems and generate reports as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, supporting smooth daily operations.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer literacy and quick to learn new software tools.
  • Experience with Canva (or similar) for document formatting is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work.
Job Type: Full-time
