We're a growing ready mix concrete supplier seeking skilled and motivated concrete truck operators to join our team and benefit from competitive compensation, and growth opportunities in a dynamic work enviorment. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment and a strong understanding of construction site operations. This role involves transporting ready mix concrete and materials to job sites, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. A commitment to quality work and the ability to collaborate with other team members is essential. We will train the right candidates.
Responsibilities

• Material Management
• Operate front discharge concrete truck
• Slumping and checking load before leaving the yard
• Front-end loader operation experience beneficial
• Delivery & Production
• Navigate residential, commercial, and construction sites
• Mix and deliver concrete according to specifications
• Equipment Maintenance
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Maintain truck cleanliness and operational readiness
• Basic repairs and preventive maintenance
• Assist with yard maintenance and equipment upkeep

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL Aor B (Commercial Driver's License) with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Familiarity with construction site operations, including installation processes and concrete finishing techniques.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dig into tasks as needed on-site.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and site supervisors.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 70 per week
