Job Overview
Brantlee's Hauling LLC is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and experience operating dump trucks. The driver will be responsible for transporting material.
Responsibilities

• Operate a dump truck to transport materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, and debris to and from construction sites.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, ensuring that weight limits are not exceeded.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and operational.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours worked, miles driven, and materials transported.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, material handling, and vehicle operation.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, dispatchers, and other team members regarding project timelines and material needs.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
• Assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the truck and other company equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a dump truck driver or similar role in the construction industry.
• Ability to load and unload materials safely, using basic equipment as necessary (e.g., shovels, tarps).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
