- Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
- Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels.
- Stacking of the inventory.
- Issue Purchase Order
- Computerized Data entry into inventory software
- Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs.
- Oversees mail handling and courier service.
- Operates simple office machines.
- Report to the administration about the product shortage.
- Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required.
- Any other senior level task assigned by HOD.
Technical: - Excellent in ecxel and inventory management software
General: -
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have sharp focus
- Should be accountable, responsible and most importantly trustworthy.
- Must exhibit maturity and the ability to handle workload..
- Being confident and focused
- Being professional and courteous
- Resolving problems quickly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
- Inventory and store management: 5 years (Required)
