Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Daraz and Shopify stores.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images for better visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews professionally to maintain excellent service ratings.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement promotional campaigns and discounts on both platforms.
• Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Daraz and Shopify stores.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, order management, and inventory tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and other relevant tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media) is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating product visuals.
