Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced e Commerce Marketplace Executive
to join our team in Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces like e Bay. The candidate will focus on optimizing operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring account health on the e Bay platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage e Bay marketplace accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Optimize listings to enhance visibility and drive sales performance.
• Analyze and monitor account metrics such as sales trends, customer feedback, and account health.
• Ensure compliance with e Bay marketplace policies and resolve account-related issues, including disputes and policy violations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.
• Generate detailed reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing e-commerce accounts (e Bay experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
