Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to design and build a professional networking platform similar to Linked In. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, experience with scalable system architecture, and a passion for creating user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development:

• Design and develop a feature-rich, scalable, and secure platform for professional networking.
• Implement core features like user profiles, news feeds, connections, messaging, and job postings.

Front-End Development:

• Create intuitive and responsive UI/UX using modern front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize the platform for seamless user experience across devices.

Back-End Development:

• Develop robust APIs, database schemas, and scalable back-end systems using Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
• Ensure real-time functionality for notifications, chat, and updates.

Database Management:

• Design and maintain efficient and secure databases using My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, or similar technologies.
• Implement database indexing and optimization for large-scale data.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure platform security through secure coding practices, encryption, and regular vulnerability assessments.
• Comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

System Architecture:

• Design a scalable and modular architecture to accommodate future growth and feature expansion.
• Integrate third-party tools for analytics, payments, and email notifications.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver on project goals.
• Document development processes, codebases, and system architecture for future reference.

Technical Skills Required:
Programming Languages:

• Proficiency in Java Script, Python, Ruby, or PHP.

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Front-End: React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
• Back-End: Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, Laravel.

Databases:

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).

Web Technologies:

• HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, RESTful APIs, Graph QL.

Version Control:

• Git/Git Hub/Bitbucket.

Dev Ops & Cloud:

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment and scaling.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (optional but preferred).

Real-Time Features:

• Experience with Web Sockets, Firebase, or Signal for real-time notifications and messaging.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building large-scale social networking platforms or similar projects.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration for recommendation systems or data insights.
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization.
