About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated *Full Stack Developer* with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software engineering, experience building scalable web applications Python and React, and familiarity with a variety of service architectures. You will leverage modern development and deployment practices, including containerization, orchestration, and cloud-based solutions, to build reliable, high-performance systems.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, applying software design principles to create maintainable, scalable, and efficient applications that support multi-user environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop web applications using Python (Django, Flask, Fast API) for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces.
- Work with different service architectures such as monolithic, microservices, and serverless to build scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful and Graph QL APIs for seamless communication between distributed services.
- Implement asynchronous services and event-driven architectures using asyncio and message brokers like Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or Redis Pub/Sub.
- Use containerization tools like Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using relational databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL) and No SQL databases (Mongo DB, Redis).
- Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure adherence to design patterns and best practices.
- Monitor application performance and implement optimizations to ensure scalability, availability, and responsiveness.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to architecture decisions that improve system scalability and reliability.
Requirements
Core Technical Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both backend and frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks like Django, Flask, or Fast API.
- Advanced knowledge of React.js and related technologies (Redux, Context API, Type Script).
- Experience designing and implementing different service architectures (monolithic, microservices, serverless).
- Proficiency in asynchronous programming using asyncio and related libraries for handling concurrent tasks in multi-user environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and distributed messaging.
- Familiarity with message queues like Rabbit MQ, Celery, or Kafka for distributed task processing.
- Strong understanding of database design and management with Postgre SQL, My SQL, or Mongo DB.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins.
Software Design Principles:
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
- Experience with scalable system design, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of DRY, KISS, and other maintainability-focused principles to ensure clean and reusable code.
- Experience with designing and building fault-tolerant systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of mentoring junior developers and promoting continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Graph QL APIs for flexible and efficient data querying.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
- Exposure to building and managing server-less functions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) for highly scalable event-driven workflows.
