Job Summary:
Go Dekho Pakistan is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of 10 Outbound Sales Executives. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the team meets weekly and monthly sales targets, providing guidance and support to team members, and driving overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 10 Outbound Sales Executives, ensuring they achieve their individual and collective sales targets.
• Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to discuss performance, address challenges, and strategize for upcoming targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Handle escalations from sales executives and resolve client issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports on team performance for senior management.
• Motivate and inspire the team to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
• Collaborate with management to set realistic but challenging sales targets for the team.
• Identify training needs and organize regular training sessions for the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies based on insights.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
• Familiarity with the industry or a similar field is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 70,000 to 85,000 PKR (dependent on achieving monthly sales targets)
