What You’ll Do:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like META (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize ROI for client advertising budgets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads align with client goals and brand identity.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.

Who Should Apply:
We’re looking for experienced professionals who:

• Have 3-4 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a team lead, managing and mentoring team members.
• Are experts in META (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through data-driven strategies.
