As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative process for various client projects, ensuring outstanding visual storytelling.
What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to create high-quality visuals for client campaigns that align with their brand identity and objectives.
Develop and oversee the visual strategy for multiple client projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with account managers, marketing strategists, and clients to conceptualize and execute impactful visual content.
Manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Review and provide constructive feedback on team members' designs to maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic.
Stay updated on industry trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Who Should Apply:
We’re looking for talented professionals who:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Have 3-4 years of experience working in a marketing agency, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding designs.
Possess at least 1 year of experience as a team lead, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills.
Can provide a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia design.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant tools.
Excel in communication and collaboration, effectively conveying ideas and feedback.
Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
