As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative process for various client projects, ensuring outstanding visual storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to create high-quality visuals for client campaigns that align with their brand identity and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee the visual strategy for multiple client projects, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers, marketing strategists, and clients to conceptualize and execute impactful visual content.
  • Manage the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Review and provide constructive feedback on team members' designs to maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Who Should Apply:
We’re looking for talented professionals who:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Have 3-4 years of experience working in a marketing agency, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding designs.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience as a team lead, showcasing strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Can provide a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating expertise in branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia design.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant tools.
  • Excel in communication and collaboration, effectively conveying ideas and feedback.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
