• We are looking for SAAS Project Coordinator:
• We are seeking a proactive and organized Saa S Project Coordinator to manage our projects and ensure timely delivery and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with freelancers, using Saa S tools, and monitoring team performance to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage Saa S projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with freelancers and internal teams, assigning tasks and following up on progress
• Utilize project management and Saa S tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Monitor team performance and project results, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively across teams to maintain alignment and resolve challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Saa S project coordination or similar roles.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Slack, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in coordinating with remote freelancers and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to monitor and interpret project and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the chatbot or AI Saa S industry is a plus..
• Experience with handling Projects remotely.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10;00 AM to7:00 PM)
