Role Description
This full-time on-site role is for a Customer Support Executive (Accounts) at Glosix Systems' office in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Customer Support Executive (Accounts), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer accounts. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Education: ACCA/ BBA (Accounting and Finance)/ BS (Accounting and Finance)
• Experience in Customer Support and Accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

Job Responsibilities include be:

• Managing International and Local Incoming Inquiries professionally and to provide information on Accounts and Finance Module of Product Set.
• Provide Functional Support of the Software Products (Accounts Module).
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
