Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Retail Outlet Salesmen (Male & Female). The ideal candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in retail outlet sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Promote and sell products available at the retail outlet.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and display arrangement.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in retail outlet sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Must reside in Lahore.
