Sunridge Foods Pvt Ltd is one of the leading FMCG sectors operating across Pakistan. We are recruiting for Salesman, Cashier, Shift Manager and Outlet Manager to join our team for our Sunridge Outlets located in various areas within Hyderabad.
As a Team member, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, promoting and selling our bakery products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting bakery products.
• Provide product knowledge, including ingredients and specialties.
• Promote new and seasonal bakery items to boost sales.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are appealing.
• Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor product freshness and quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upsell products by suggesting complementary items.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a bakery or food environment.
• Greet customers having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
