Product Manager - Riyadh
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contractual role with an initial duration of six months, with the possibility of extension to one year.
The Product Manager – Cash & Transaction Banking (Consultant) is responsible for overseeing and enhancing cash management and transaction banking solutions. This role includes managing corporate payment and receivable products, implementing liquidity solutions, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The incumbent will also collaborate with stakeholders, ensure regulatory adherence, and deliver solutions tailored to market needs while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage corporate accounts, including current and call accounts with tiered product offerings.
• Oversee payment products such as transfers, government payments, corporate cards, payroll, and pensions.
• Implement advanced liquidity solutions, including notional pooling and cash concentration.
• Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways for enhanced client convenience.
• Drive receivables solutions, including PDC warehousing, i Cash, i Collect, and POS management.
• Enhance payables systems by optimizing vendor and supplier payment platforms.
• Manage trade financing products like Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Documentary Collections.
• Ensure that all transaction banking solutions meet market demands and profitability objectives.
• Lead digital initiatives by strategizing multi-product or vendor integrations.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to drive system automation and scalability.
• Support accurate data migration processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop customer-centric platforms for seamless digital experiences.
• Conduct market research to identify product penetration opportunities and customer needs.
• Capture customer insights through surveys, feedback, and campaigns.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management for product enhancements.
• Develop training materials to ensure smooth product adoption and implementation.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant and efficient product solutions.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cash and transaction banking products.
• Establish robust governance structures to uphold industry standards.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management within cash management and transaction banking.

Technical Competencies

• Expertise in payments, receivables, trade finance, and liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation processes and system automation.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and governance in banking.
• Proficiency in managing corporate internet banking platforms and APIs.
