Assistant Manager Client Services
The Assistant Manager Client Services will support the Manager Client Services in driving client satisfaction and growth by assisting in the development of new business opportunities, ensuring efficient client onboarding, and serving as a secondary point of contact for client needs. This role focuses on executing strategies to enhance account retention, support account growth, and improve customer satisfaction through collaboration and implementation of client feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities. Support smooth onboarding processes and address client concerns and requests as a secondary Point of Contact.

• Implement strategies designed to retain clients, reduce churn, and support account growth by analyzing client feedback and assisting in operational improvements.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to uphold service standards, monitor service metrics, and recommend actionable improvements.

• Assist in designing, updating, and implementing detailed client processes, manuals, and SOPs, ensuring documentation remains current and relevant.

• Support the hiring, training, and professional development of client service representatives. Help set team KPIs, monitor individual and team performance, and conduct regular evaluations.

• Track team performance against sales and service targets. Provide regular updates to the Manager Client Services and suggest improvements for achieving team goals.

• Prepare client reports using established templates. Leverage data insights to recommend operational enhancements and elevate the client experience.

• Ensure the team adheres to company policies, maintaining alignment with incentive and deduction policies.
