Job Description:
As an Office Boy at Herbiotics, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, and kitchen essentials.
Assist employees with minor administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and running errands as needed.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the kitchen and pantry areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean.
Run occasional errands, such as banking, post office visits, and purchasing office supplies
Skills
Basic computer skills.
