Job Summary:
Al-Faiz of Companies is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, market share, and overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Oversee campaign management and collaborate with sales/product teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to meet KPIs and business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing.
• Skills:
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with content management and marketing automation tools.
• Creative and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail.
