Morosoft is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing And Ads Expert with a 3 to 4 Years expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, You Tube Ads, Marketing, and SEO. The ideal candidate will optimize Ad campaigns, improve organic traffic, and develop effective marketing strategies
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the paid advertising industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Proficiency in using AI platforms like Canva or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
