This is not your typical internship. At Xavor, you’ll take an active role in shaping the messaging strategy for our key service areas, experimenting with bold ideas, and turning complex IT services into compelling offers that resonate with real-world clients.
We are seeking ambitious and creative Marketing Interns who thrive on testing, learning, and iterating. In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership—including the CEO—to uncover the true value of our services and communicate it in ways that stick.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Research & Insights
Dive deep into the tech world to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
Uncover new possibilities for our services by identifying the needs of various industries and buyer personas.
2. Service to Offer Conversion
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to turn Xavor’s services into distinct offers for targeted audiences.
Develop multiple variations of messaging frameworks and value propositions for our diverse service charters, such as Cloud Solutions, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
3. Creative Experimentation
Test your ideas! Craft bold campaigns to validate offers, using email marketing, Linked In posts, landing pages, and more.
Perform A/B testing and audience segmentation to find the sweet spot for each offer.
4. Analyze & Iterate
Measure the effectiveness of your campaigns—track open rates, engagement, and conversion rates.
Collect insights to refine offers and messaging further, ensuring alignment with market needs.
5. Collaborate & Innovate
Partner with Xavor’s content writers, digital marketing team, and sales professionals to bring ideas to life.
Share your findings and recommendations with leadership to help shape the company’s strategic marketing direction.
