We are looking for Marketing & Sales Coordinator for our automobile manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing:
• Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Sales:
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Process opportunities, quotations, sales orders and invoices using SAP.
• Generate sales reports and conduct market research.
• Coordinate with the production and engineering department to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up on customer payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Administrative:
• Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales orders, and marketing materials inventory.
• Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and monitor our departmental KPIs for performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
