The FP&A Executive supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions within the finance department. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing performance variances, and providing insights to support decision-making. The individual will collaborate with various teams to track costs, manage cash flow, and conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis. The FP&A Executive also helps with cost management, profitability analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide performance insights.
• Track departmental costs and profitability.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Communicate findings to management and support ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• ACCA/ICMA/CIMA part qualified, (not from exemption route)
• 1-2 years of experience in FP&A (IT sector preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
