International Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitor international tax and compliance obligations across jurisdictions to ensure full adherence to regulations.
- Develop and implement tax policies to streamline processes and mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to resolve complex tax matters.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation and ensure alignment with OECD guidelines, IRS (USA) and UAE/KSA laws.
- Provide strategic insights on cross-border tax planning.
- Coordinate and support tax audits and regulatory investigations across jurisdictions.
- Maintain an organized filing calendar to meet all tax, license, and corporate compliance deadlines.
United States (US):
- Prepare and file Form 1120 (Corporate Income Tax Returns).
- Oversee quarterly estimated tax payments and ensure compliance.
- Manage payroll taxes, including Form 941, 940, and W-2 filings.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Manage state registrations, license renewals, and ongoing state tax compliance.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Handle tax notices and coordinate with authorities on resolutions.
United Arab Emirates (UAE):
- Ensure VAT compliance and submit accurate VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with corporate income tax (CIT) regulations and periodically collaborate with the Finance team on tax provisions.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation for reporting purposes.
- Manage corporate compliance, including UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Ownership) declarations.
- Oversee license renewals and the maintenance of AOA (Articles of Association) and MOA (Memorandum of Association).
- Ensuring tax minimization
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA):
- Manage monthly withholding tax filings and payments.
- Oversee VAT reporting and compliance under ZATCA regulations.
- Ensure timely license renewals and commercial register maintenance.
- Manage corporate income tax and Zakat filings.
- Coordinate responses to tax notices and audits. Pakistan:
- Oversee corporate income tax and withholding tax compliance.
- Ensure payroll tax compliance and manage returns and payments.
- Coordinate with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) for audits, notices, and inquiries.
- Oversee sales tax and indirect tax compliance, including periodical returns
- Manage SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) compliance, including timely
- CA finalist or ACCA/CA/ACMA with at least 5 years of experience in international tax and compliance, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
- Strong understanding of corporate taxation, VAT, payroll taxes, and regional compliance regulations across US, UAE, KSA, and Pakistan.
- Expertise in state tax compliance, transfer pricing, and regulatory filings.
- Familiarity with UBO, SECP compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of international double taxation treaties.
- Strong analytical skills for cross-border tax planning and risk management.
