Position 1: Accountant
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing daily financial transactions and records.
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and policies.
• Assisting in audits and preparing reports for senior management.
• Handling tax filing and documentation.
• Providing financial advice and support to other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, MS Excel).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Position 2: Cashier
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling cash and processing financial transactions.
• Ensuring accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
• Assisting customers with currency exchange and other services.
• Verifying customer identification and ensuring security of transactions.
• Maintaining the cashier’s register and ensuring correct change is provided.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Balancing daily cash reports and preparing deposits.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferably with a focus in finance or accounting).
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash securely.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
