Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the admission process for students, ensuring smooth communication between clients and partner universities, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs and universities based on their academic backgrounds and career goals.
- Guide students through the application and admission process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
- Communicate with partner universities to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications.
- Provide up-to-date information on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote Study Icon’s services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Handle queries and provide prompt solutions to clients regarding admission processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, or a related field).
- Experience: Fresher. Prior experience in educational consultancy or admission processing is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
