Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accountant cum Admin to join our IT training institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, overseeing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of the institute. This dual role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Liaise with external auditors during audits.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institute.
  • Manage student enrollment, registration, and records.
  • Coordinate schedules for training sessions, workshops, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with students, staff, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities for the institute.
  • Support the management in strategic planning and project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books) and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational or training environment is a plus.
Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and training processes is preferred.

  • Experience to work in ERP
Salary: 30k to 35k
Location: Shahdra
