Your role and responsibilities

We need to strengthen our teams, and we are looking for a proactive Management Assistant with experience in administrative coordination. You will personally assist the Operations and Sales managers for Energy Industries in Norway, and get the opportunity to use your knowledge, experience, and competence to support the development of our organization to ensure we move in the right direction. We are looking for a well-organized person who thrives in a hectic environment and is still careful to detail and accuracy. You will support us with a wide variety of tasks to help us reach our goals. Tasks and responsibilities: • Provide general support. • Read and prioritize e-mails and meeting invitations. • Make sure the calendar is up to date and executable. • Book of travels, accommodation and manage expense reports. • Make sure tasks within various systems (SAP, Power BI, Intelex, Synergi, Basware ++) are man-aged and processed according to target and within time frame – training will be provided for the systems. • Keep annual meeting plan updated, invite to meetings, and make sure actions are noted and followed up. • Create special reports, presentations, speaker notes, correspondence, minutes of meetings, etc. • Support individual executives and members of the management team in a confidential manner. • Organize internal & external events: itineraries, travels, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc. • Solve ad-hoc tasks for the Operations and Sales managers and their management teams. • Take initiative to maintain and improve the social environment. • Take initiative for continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.Qualifications for the role
- Has minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Has relevant bachelor’s degree or higher education. Relevant experience could compensate for the lack of a higher degree.
- Has a structured way of working with a flexible and service-minded approach.
- Shows interest in learning about the business
- Has excellent communication skills; fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and oral.
