*Job Description:*
The Marketer at GREEN HOMES PROPERTIES will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their team, driving sales targets, and leading a team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and management, with a proven ability to enhance performance and achieve results.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage the unit, aligning operations with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration..
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
*Requirements:*
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) Or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and at least [2] years or more in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
