A fashion luxury firm based in Lagos, Nigeria is hiring a highly organised and
motivated individual to work closely with the CEO to manage the financial and operations affairs of the company.

REQUIREMENTS
▪ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Masters is preferable
▪ Professional qualification in ICAN/ ACA is required.
▪ Proven experience as a senior financial executive, preferably in a high-growth e-commerce or
luxury retail environment.
▪ Strong financial analysis, modelling, and strategic planning skills.
▪ Experience with respect to FX, VAT and transfer pricing issues.
▪ Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
▪ Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
▪ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
▪ Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial success in a competitive market.

▪ Previous experience in office administration or exposure to office working environment
▪ Strong numerical skills with an acute attention to detail
▪ Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
and prioritise work

JOB DESCRIPTION
Finance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company’s growth
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights and
- Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company’s assets and
- Manage capital allocation, including fundraising, investment analysis, and optimizing the
- Oversee financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and financial compliance, ensuring
- Maintain strong relationships with investors and provide transparent communication regarding
- Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities,
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with the Accountant to ensure timely and efficient tax filings and compliance with all
Operations
- Oversee the management of office space and the working environment, including security,
- Ensure the delivery of professional facilities services, including buildings and grounds maintenance,
- Monitor and maintain office stock and archives.
- Maintain the highest possible working environment standards.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors for office-related services and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, maintaining and updating checks and logs
- Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the
