Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Advisor to join our insurance company.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products directly to customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sell insurance products directly to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to policyholders
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in insurance or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g. LIC, ACCA)
- Experience with CRM software and sales technology
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
