Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Building Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve ensuring that all onsite activities comply with regulations and standards, promoting safety, and delivering quality workmanship on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance.
Review work progress daily and ensure timely project delivery.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
Resolving onsite conflicts and handle any emergencies that may arise.
Communicate effectively with the project stakeholders and clients.
Maintain detailed and accurate site reports and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Building Engineer or Site Supervisor or in a similar role in construction
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and site management
Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. Auto CAD).
Certification in site management and safety training.

Work Schedule
Monday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM (these may vary based on project timelines and requirements)
