Then we would love to hear from you about our currently available Full-time (1FTE) Senior Outpatient Physiotherapy role working across both North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Clinical Leader, leading and supporting our outpatient and musculoskeletal physiotherapists to develop strong and meaningful connections with our community, promoting equitable health outcomes and access to care and supporting innovation and positive change to ensure we are delivering high quality, effective, culturally safe and inclusive care.
Role details:

• Full-time & permanent employment: 40hrs/week

• Salary Range: $117,420 - $122,579

This will include:

• Support of your personal and professional objectives

• Education to be able to provide staff with professional development

• Learning opportunities to foster service development and leading quality care

• Training to provide professional supervision to staff

• Credentialing for weekend work (On a voluntary basis only)

• Weekly in-service training

• Networking with clinical leaders and multi-disciplinary staff across the organisation

• Regular professional supervision for support and mentoring

• Opportunities to be involved in teaching and training for non-Allied Health staff working within Te Whatu Ora Waitematā

Key requirements: (see link to PD for full details)

• Current New Zealand registered Physiotherapist

• 5+ years of relevant and recent outpatient musculoskeletal working experience

• Effective leadership skills and experience

• Strong role model

• Experience in student support and management

• Advanced communication skills

• Excellent assessment, treatment and time management skills

• Provide clinical leadership and support while working as part of our Outpatient Physiotherapy team
