You will be leading $5 - $10M projects across civil construction and 3 waters. You will be leading $5 - $10M projects across civil construction and 3 waters. The role will cover:
- Large scale earthworks
- 3 waters and drainage
- Subdivision construction
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with staff, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, NZ 3910, and environmental regulations.
- Provide clear and concise progress reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications (e.g., National Diploma in Engineering, NZCE).
- Proven experience delivering civil projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and organisational discipline.
- Focus to Health and Safety and Quality.
- Current driver’s license.
- Shows initiative, motivation, and has a drive to succeed.
