The medical staffing unit have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrator to join the team. The medical staffing unit is responsible for 200 Resident Medical Officers working across the two hospital sites – Tauranga and Whakatāne.
Some of your duties will include:

• Managing onboarding spreadsheets
• RMO Medical Council and immigration requirements, when applicable
• Rental and accommodation
• Collation of credentialling start-up paperwork and processing this on appropriate systems
• Facilitating Orientation sessions

This is a permanent part-time position (32 hours per week), based at Tauranga Hospital.

Skills required for this role:

• Ideally you will have experience within a hospital/medical industry
• A background in HR support
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
