Job Description

• Operate and maintain Carbon Regeneration and Desorption processes
• Operate and maintain Electrowinning and Smelting processes
• Operate Reagent mixing and transferring plant
• Monitoring and documenting Reagent levels as required
• Operate Water Cart to manage dust suppression
• Perform or assist with Process Inventory sampling
• Assist with scrap metal removal
• Be accountable for the daily adoption of plans and schedules
• Assist with maintenance activities in the processing area when required
• Perform plant isolations in accordance with site procedures
• Maintain high level of hygiene standards in specific areas
• Maintain high level of housekeeping standards in all areas
• Monitoring and troubleshooting equipment problems and reporting in a timely manner
• Entering plant data into spreadsheets
• Entering work requests and purchasing items through Pronto system

Qualifications

• Full and Current Driver Licence, ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred
• Ability to drive mobile equipment would be favourable – forklift, skid steer loader, front end loader, excavator, water cart, telehandler
• Working at heights, confined space and chemical handler experience would be favourable
