• · Lead Solution Architect role with 14-18yrs experience

· Client facing role of OSS Solution Architect for Key Telco Account, and manage customer/stakeholder expectations, demonstrate technical leadership experience in driving large end to end OSS delivery, Technical Proposals and Estimations
· Experience working on Telco products like IP Voice, Consumer Mobility, Fixed Mobile Convergence, PSTN, Broadband, TV, Ethernet product offerings for B2C/ B2B market segment.
· Responsible for explaining and bridging the gap between business oriented drivers for OSS transformation and technically oriented solution users.
· Responsible for architecture/solutions design in OSS (Service Fulfillment) covering Customer Management , Product Service Resource Modelling, Catlog driven Orchestration/Fulfillment, Service/ Resource Inventory management, Activation
· Extensive experience complex system integrations and transformations for Telecom Networks in a leading technical role, and a deep understanding of the underlying processes, methods and tools
· Strong understanding of Mobile, Fixed and NGN Convergent Solutions
· Certified in TM Forum Frameworks: e TOM, TAM, SID and Integration Framework (TNA) and CMM/CMMI, alternatively proven experience is required and conversant with with standards like TMF Frameworx, ITIL, TOGAF, SOA and leading enterprise architecture development for large production grade ICT solutions
· Experience driving with major OSS or BSS transformation projects with Hands on experience of Telecom Networks, one or more of the following: Mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE), Transmission Networks (SDH, DWDM, CE), IP Networks (L2/L3 VPN)
· Overall ownership of Enterprise Architecture – Strategy and Evolution, Alignment of Business Architecture & Roadmap, Drive IT Programs and focus on exploiting the IT & Technology investments for building IT capabilities/ Reusability factor & governance to determine the maximum ROI.
· Responsible for liaising with business to understand the envisaged business and trading model for a new product / service and play a key role in briefing the internal IT organization - clearly defining the external interfaces to the business, contractual boundaries and lay down the foundation for integration design.
· Steer Architectural guidance on choice of platforms to use in order to host the appropriate business functions and business logic e.g. the trade-offs between COTS applications, strategic bespoke applications, tactical applications, workflow platforms, integration platforms. The guidance drives the overall Solution architecture, lays down the foundation for solution assembly, influence the cost of integration.
· Ownership to drive Business and Technical Solutioning to meet growth and revenue targets
· Responsible for liaising with the Process owners, evaluates that designed business process is optimal for the “change” in question and associated process management facilities, specifically addressing cases where the execution and or management of business processes can or must be distributed across a number of different systems.
· Liaise with the Platform/ Domain SDs, the SA agrees where business data should be placed amongst application systems, business information platforms, integration solutions etc. Ensures that Solution designer provide appropriate design and governance on how data is exposed via well-formed services, when it should or should not be replicated and that the design has been done in line with the MDM / EDM strategy.
· Experience in System Integration solutions involving multiple 3rd party products, including transformations, upgrades, migrations and transitions.
· Responsible for improving the stack automation quotient, drive service improvements & increased Ops experience improvements
· Consulting role to support the internal sales and account teams in developing business case, offer technical insights and help in Business solution ideation & maturation

· Proven experience in producing end to end solution architecture and design for large scale transformation and rationalization projects and programmes in a rapidly changing business environment
· Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management and should be able to assess and quantify the risks associated with their design decisions
· Software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure with technical leadership ability to drive team during Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including Java/C++ code review ability
